Interrogation and lies

During an interrogation, the interrogator will typically attempt the following stages:

Calm you Down
Establish a Rapport
Theme Development
Elicit a Confession

The main thing is don't say anything!

If you must, then lie. How do you lie?

First practice in low risk situations. Next time you are next to a stranger introduce something false about yourself like "I'm a writer."Let the stranger draw questions out of you. When asked a question, think about each word. This allows you to not only answer well, but it turns off any false emotions or movements that might give out the fact you are not telling the truth.

When the time comes to reciprocate the conversation just affirm what they have told you. This tends to force them to continue the talking and you get to find out information. All the while it appears as though a rapport is being established.
